Hate Crimes Bill " Religious Free Speech"

There has been a quite but large campaign against the dangers of the "Hate Crimes Bill" which is schedule for a hearing this week dispatched more than 700,000 letters to Senators. This could create a chilling affect on religious free speech, connecting innocent expression of religious beliefs or acts of violence against individuals awarded special protections. The criminalization of religious speech, such as speech against homosexuality, has already been seen in other countries with similar hate crimes legislation in place. Rep. Louis Gourmet R-Texas said the fundamental problem with the bill is that it is based on lies. That is where they determine what is on your mind when you commit a crime. That is when the decide what you are thinking...If you were thinking unapproved thoughts, that would make the crime you committed even worse. This act assumes that there is a epidemic of crimes in the United States, especially actions that cross the lines, that is targeting those of alternative lifestyles. Finally, under this new "Hate Crimes Bill" our personal expressions, the books we read, and the friends we have would all become potential evidence against us. The search for evidence would allow law enforcement to investigate and interpret forms of expression and association that had previously enjoyed protection under the First Amendment. Even if there is no prosecution, such investigations could have a chilling affect on free speech. The government does not have to jail or fine citizens to intimidate them from speaking there minds.

Therefore, could you imagine if "Khalid Sheik Mohammad" was given his Miranda Rights we would have never got valueable information that saved thousands of American lives because under the Constitution he, had the "Right To Remain Silent". These new steps by the Obama Administration were verified by Congressman Mike Rogers who recently met with law enforcement officials, military and intelligence officials in a fact-finding trip to Afghanistan. Mike Rogers a former FBI agent and U.S Army Officer has said that Obama Administration has not briefed Congress on the new policy. I was a little surprised that it was taking place when I showed up because we had not been briefed on it. We are still trying to get to the bottom of it but, it is clearly part of this new global justice initiative. Finally. President Obama has truly, lost his mind by giving terrorist there Miranda Rights. This will stop the CIA and FBI from getting high valued information that may save millions of American lives in the future. Kennedy said, that New Black Panther broke major civil rights violations and he, believes that they should be punished by the Justice Department. OBAMA,HOLDER,CLYBURN AND SHARPTON

The American people elected President Obama as the First African-American President Of The United States and the first speech that the First African-American Attorney General gives calls America "A Nation Of Cowards". This is the type of rhetoric that the American people will hear from this so, called leadership in Washington for the next four years. Instead, of celebrating the election of President Obama Attorney General Holder turns a historical year and month into a grievance speech against "WHITE AMERICA'. The American people were not a "Nation Of Cowards" when over 60 million people pulled the lever for President Obama. I am not blind to the fact that there are racial problems in America but, this is not the right time to give some "CRAZY ASS SPEECH ON RACE". The African-American community has some serious problem with gang violence, teenage pregnancy, high school dropouts and drugs that need to be solved right away. Furthermore, the problems will have to be solved by the African-American community and not a Government programs in Washington D.C.. The African-American community needs to draw a line the sand and tell our young people that this type of sadistic behavior is unacceptable in our community. The "Old Tried And True" easiest way out of solving any of these problems has always been blame the "WHITE MAN", because, that gets the loudest cheers from the African-American Community. Rep. James Clyburn Of South Carolina called the Republican Governors "Racist" because they said that the would not accept any money from the Stimulus Bill. The Governors had a philosophical difference with the President Obama and the Stimulus Bill because they thought that it was a waste of our children's money. Rep. Clyburn does not have a answer to the questions by the Republican Governors so, he uses the "Race Card" to put the Governors on the defense. The President has been in office for only a month and Rev. Al Sharpton has a protest going on outside the New York Post for a cartoon of a monkey being shot. The cartoon is suppose to be President Obama being shot but the caption said that "Who Will Write The Stimulus Bill". The person who wrote the Stimulus Bill is "Queen Nancy Pelosi" and Rev. Al Sharpton knows that she, wrote the Stimulus Bill but this is a good time to remind White Americans that the Civil Right Hustlers and Pimps are not out of business because President Obama was elected President. Finally, I am tired of talking about these Race Hustlers but we have four years and they will use there "Race Strategy" to shut up anyone who disagrees with the "Messiah" President Obama. They used the strategy against the Clinton Machine and won the Presidential election. "THIS IS THE CHANGE WE ALL CAN BELIEVE IN".

The Republicans in Congress are willing to let flawed candidates like Timothy Geinther, Carol Browner and Eric Holder pass there conformation hearings without a scratch on there body. The Republicans have turned into a bunch of "Punks" ever since, the election of President-Elect Obama. The Republican Party in general is running scared and they feel if they don't let President-Elect Obama have his original cabinet choices they will pay with the voters in 2010. The Republican Party has to make a stand on one of these flawed candidates especially, Treasury Secretary-Elect Timothy Geinther because, this clown refused to pay his taxes several times in the past eight years. This is a country of laws and if the incoming Treasury Secretary cannot pay his taxes this gives me as a American citizen a insight into his flawed "Cheating ASS" character. Timothy Geinther will also, be in charge of the IRS and this is a bad example that President-Elect Obama is setting because, he came in on a pledge of making "Change" and all I see is the same ole Washington Insider crap. The Republicans are actually saying that this clown Geinther is to important to be rejected as Treasury Secretary because he, understands how to use the TARP Funds. Therefore, are you telling American people that this is the only qualified person in America who can do the job as Treasury Secretary because, he is he only clown who knows how to spend the taxpayers next 350 billion dollars. The Republicans in Congress are willing to let a communist like Carol Browner take office without a fight or even a scratch on her, socialist body. Mrs. Browner will make environmental policy that will affect Americans lives for the next four years and that could affect the free enterprise system in America with new regulations that and could cost small businesses billions of dollars. The Republicans in the Senate today joked with Eric Holder who signed off on the pardon of Mark Rich who was a fugitive of American justice and Holder simply called it a mistake and that he, had learned his lesson. Holder was also, responsible for helping FLAN terrorist get pardons instead of standing up against President Clinton he, went along for the ride even though the FBI requested that these terrorist should not get a pardons. Finally, Conservatives in America will have to make a stand the next four years because, the Republican Party seems unwilling to stand up and fight against the "Prophet Obama". The Conservative movement must build a strong base again and stand on the principals that President Reagan built while he, was President Of The United States for eight years. When Eric Holder was Deputy Attorney General under Janet Reno he helped pushed his employees in the Clinton Justice Department to drop there opposition to the 16 FLAN Puerto Rican terrorist so they could be granted clemency by President Clinton. The Republicans also, want to revisit the issue of the Pardon given to Mark Rich by the Clinton Administration and the process that the Attorney General Office went through to make the decision to pardon Mark Rich. President-Elect Obama transition team made a statement that Eric Holder conduct was appropriate. President Clinton's decision to commute the FLAN terrorist caused a uproar in Washington. Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder was called before Congress and he refused to answer any questions by lawmakers. They asked Holder why the Justice Department did not side with the FBI who was in direct opposition to the clemency of the 16 FLAN terrorist. There were some influential supporters of the FLAN terrorist like President Carter, religious leaders and community activist. President Clinton decision to release these terrorist outraged law enforcement nationwide who were attacked by this criminal terrorist organization. Eric Holder ordered his staff at the Justice Department Pardon Of Attorney Office to replace the Departments original report recommending against commutation which he, had sent to the White House in 1996. Finally, the problem that Eric Holder has as Deputy Attorney General is that his job is not to give the White House a rubber stamp and let domestic terrorist out of jail because of political influence in the Democratic Party. The Justice Department and the Deputy Attorney General is suppose to give the White House some lawful guidance when it comes to letting convicted terrorist out of jail. Eric Holder failed as Deputy Attorney General and he, should not be the next Attorney General Of The United States.

Eric Holder was given a opportunity to sort out a mess when it came to a dormant casino license in Illinois. Gov. Blogo and Eric Holder appeared together in a news conference to announce his role as special Investigator to the Illinois Board Of Gaming. Eric Holder omitted this in his 47 page questionnaire that he worked for the Governor and the Obama transition team said that the future Attorney General would correct his mistake before appearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Eric Holder singed the questionnaire five days after the arrest of Gov. Blogo. The Congress asked for all transcripts, recordings, news conferences and speeches or talks delivered by Eric Holder and all interviews given to newspapers, magazines and any other publications. The News Conference that Gov. Blogo and Eric Holder held was widely covered because of the 4 to 1 gaming board vote that the casino would be built in Rosemont, Illinois. These Wall Street Pirates who have destroyed the American economy have to be held accountable for there illegal actions. The CEO's who headed these large Wall Street Firms should be arrested and indicted for there crimes against America. The average American is suffering because, of the lack competence and leadership by these CEO's who only care about how much money they can make in there quarterly reports to Wall Street. This failure of leadership has had a ripple affect and cost millions of jobs in almost every sector of the American economy. President-Elect Obama should give his Attorney General Eric Holder the responsibility of prosecuting these CEO's for there economic crimes. The head of Merrill Lynch Stanley O' Neil walked away with 150 million dollars and nobody is holding him responsible for destroying one of Americas greatest Wall Street Firms. The big problem I have is that we are bailing out these large Wall Street Firms and the leadership who destroyed these large firms are still in charge. The American people are tired of our government giving there money away to the so-called best and the brightest so, they can keep on making the same business mistakes that has put us on the brink of a depression. The only people who seem to be hurting is the middle and lower level employees at these large firms who are losing there jobs at a record pace because of the lack of leadership from these corporate executives. Therefore, when these companies take a piece of the government bailout package their should be a requirement that you cannot layoff thousands of employees. Finally, I know that there are people out there who say there is no law on the books against a firm for being incompetent but, there is a law against hiding the real value of the corporations stock and the value on the stock market.
