Larry Johnson - If you’ve seen Drudge (and now Hot Air) you have probably seen Obama’s meltdown under the “grueling” questioning of a local Texas TV reporter. Steel yourselves boys and girls, this is brutal:

Man, did you notice the dozens of times that asshole of a reporter interrupted?

Nope. Me neither. The guy just asked some direct questions. Hell, Bret Baer of Fox News interrupted Obama far more when he did that interview.

This interview provides a brilliant video illustration of why Obama will not be re-elected. In 2008 he was the happy, easy going, nice Negro. He was a younger version of Bill Cosby. He was likable. Not shrill like that bitch Hillary (ball bustin’ Iron Maiden). And his voice? Like honey on fat honeycombs. Soothing, easy to follow, almost a musical cadence.

Now this. Petulant, angry, arrogant and smug. Not exactly the kind of guy you want to take home to meet Mom. Let’s face it. Barack Obama has morphed into a black Eddie Haskell. And for you Leave it to Beaver fans, you all know how “beloved” old Eddie was? Right?

Imagine how testy he will be when inflation tops 10%, along with unemployment and Americans are screaming about $5 a gallon gas. You’ll need body armor or a bomb suit to interview the dude if you want to survive the experience.

Obama Declares He Will Rule by Authoritarian Rule

Kurt Nimmo- The Obama administration has announced it will now rule by fascist decree and ignore Congress and the American people.

“With much of his legislative agenda stalled in Congress, President Obama and his team are preparing an array of actions using his executive power to advance energy, environmental, fiscal and other domestic policy priorities,” reports The New York Times. “We are reviewing a list of presidential executive orders and directives to get the job done across a front of issues,” said Rahm Emanuel, the White House chief of staff who is fond of cracking his knuckles in Obama’s face.

Radio talk show host Michael Savage comments on Obama’s plan to rule by executive order.

According to The New York Times, ruling in authoritarian fashion is normal and acceptable. “Any president has vast authority to influence policy even without legislation, through executive orders, agency rule-making and administrative fiat.”

In fact, Obama’s plan to rule by authoritarian decree is unconstitutional. Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution states: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” Article II, Section 3 states that the president may call Congress into emergency session during a national crisis.

In other words, rule buy fiat is treason. Another section of the Constitution covers treason. Article II, Section. 4 states: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Rahm Emanuel should be arrested and prosecuted for treason under federal statute, specifically Title 18 U.S.C. § 2. It states: “Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal.”

Treason is spelled out in Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution. “The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason,” it states.

“White House officials said the increased focus on executive authority reflected a natural evolution from the first year to the second year of any presidency,” The New York Times continues.

Hitler exploited this “natural evolution” to turn Germany into a fascist dictatorship through executive orders. In fact, Reagan, Clinton and Bush the Lesser issued a flurry of executive orders that surpassed anything Hitler or Stalin issued.

Executive orders have been around since the beginning of the republic. George Washington issued a number of proclamations, dispositions and recommendations. For instance, a suggestion that a day of Thanksgiving take place on Thursday, November26, 1789. He was severely criticized for issuing a proclamation suggesting U.S. citizens joining or aiding the war between Austria, Prussia, Sardinia, Britain and the Netherlands be prosecuted. George Washington’s proclamations, however, did not over rule legislation passed by Congress.

Executive orders: Surpassing Hitler and Stalin.

Executive orders did not really pick up steam until the presidency of Abraham Lincoln. During the invasion of the South for opposing the federal government, Lincoln issued a large number of executive orders allowing the federal military to steal land and turn prisoners of war into forced labor slaves.

The grand daddy of executive orders was Franklin Roosevelt. He issued 3,723 of them. Here is a sample. Roosevelt’s most notorious executive order was 6102. It permitted the federal government to steal all privately held gold in the United States.

Ronald Reagan — sold to the people as a “conservative” — issued 381 executive orders, more than George W. Bush. Clinton came close to Reagan. He issued 364. Reagan violated the Constitution directly when he issued Executive Order 12611 ordering “Assistance for Central American Democracies and the Nicaraguan Democratic Resistance,” in other words providing assistance to the Contras, a violation of the Boland Amendment.

Clinton used executive orders to defy Congress and conduct a murder campaign against the people of Yugoslavia. Clinton also violated Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution when he bombed the European country. Article 1, Section 8 states that “Congress shall have power to… declare War,” not the president.

During the election, Obama not only said he would not issue executive orders but he would reverse those issued during the Bush era. On his very first day in office, Obama broke this pledge and implemented and signed into law Executive Order 13489 barring the release of presidential records (presumably including his birth certificate).

Obama also signed executive orders allowing Interpol to operate beyond the law in the United States and establishing the Council of Governors.

Obama will continue the process of rule by decree established by his predecessors. He will rule in the tradition of the Roman Second Triumvirate and the Lex Titia decree under Gaius Octavian, general Mark Antony and pontifex maximus Aemilius Lepidus.

It should be noted that the resolution paved the way for the Final War of the Roman Republic and the total collapse of republican government.

Bachmann discovered that the federal government had effectively federalized all of our local public school classrooms, "she said. "We were losing local school authority. When asked a simple question to Rep. Bachmann about her political convictions, Bachmann responded, "Before the party, I am a Conservative first. Rep. Bachmann has labeled on left-wing blogs as kooky,"MSNBC Host Keith Olbermann has named her to his "World's Worst" list and, according to Bachmann House speaker Nancy Pelosi, has named Bachmann one of the top eight targets to get rid of in the next election. the hatred has grown so fierce, Fox News Channel host Sean Hannity refers, to Bachmann as the second most hated Republican woman behind Gov. Sarah Palin. Finally, Rep Bachmann is the future of the Republican Party because she is a Social and Fiscal Conservative who believes in the basic American principals of hard work and discipline.

New York- $200 Per Child Added To Welfare Recipients, Where is My Check

The Governor was joined by Mr. Soros and other elected officials at P.S. 208 in New York City to make the announcement. This is the first kind of partnership in New York is a example on how the public and private sectors can work together to foster a bright future for those low income families in our State, "Governor Patterson Said. " These $200 grants will thousands of families with a much needed financial boost so that they can better meet the needs of their children as they prepare to go back to school. This partnership is a continuation of my commitment to aggressively identifying opportunity to use economic stimulus funds to help our neediest New Yorkers and to bolster our state's economy. Mr. Soros said, that Even in the toughest economic times, getting ready for school is important. When I was a student after World War Two, I had no money. I received cash from charities and I remember how important it was to my education. I am not mad at the families receiving the $200 because, there are some families in some serious financial problems, but when is New York State going to start looking out for the residents who are paying the taxes in New York State. I have question for Governor Patterson why are the hard working middle class citizens of New York State not getting any type of tax break from the State Of New York. The Governor refuses to give middle class New York State residents back the "Star Rebate Program" that help citizens pay for there high property taxes. Instead, the Governor participates is a program that will give more money to residents who already receive Welfare benefits from the State Of New York. The average middle class resident in New York don't receive a Damn thing from New York State accept a "High Ass Tax Bill". This is why you see this outrage at these town hall meeting because Americans are tired of being disrespected by there local, state and federal government. Nobody is listening to the average middle class American. I want to know where is my $200 middle class grant.

The Health Care debate has gotten completely out of control when the President Of The United States is using Children as Human props to sway Americans on Obamacare. The liberal media will not call out President Obama for this ridiculous "Set Up" question by the mother Kathleen Manning Hall and Obama Administration. Press Secretary Robert Gibbs, David Axelrod and Rham Emanuel routinely place Human props in the audience so, President can answer already vetted questions by the Administration. Obama is a habitual lying machine or he, is the dumbest President ever to sit in the Oval Office. We have a President sitting in the Oval Office who does not like to be challenged by any opposition point of view. This sounds a lot Hugo Chavez in Venezuela. The SEIU Union Thugs were turned loose in St. Louis and Tampa Bay on the American people. In St. Louis a African American Conservative was beaten by a bunch of union thugs and supporters of President Obama. Kenneth Gladney a 38 year Old Conservative says he, was beaten because he was handing out some "Don't Tread On Me" Yellow Flags. He spoke to the St. Louis-Dispatch from the Emergency room of the St. John Mercy Medical Center where he said, that he was waiting to be treated for injuries to his knee, head, back, elbow, shoulder that he suffered in the attack. Gladney, who is black, said one of his attackers, also a black man, used a racial slur against him before the attack started. The liberal socialist media in Tampa Bay are calling Americans "TeaBaggers" because they disagree with Obamacare. The President and media are unhappy because the American people are telling there Representatives to "Read The Damn Bill". The union thugs in St. Louis helped locked out 1,000 Americans from a town hall meeting in St. Louis. Rep. Russ Carnahan staff were sneaking in SEIU members in the sidedoor marked handicap. This Fascist Obama government is starting to show it true colors because, they want to rule this country like a Third World Dictatorship. Public unhappiness with the Democratic Socialist Agenda, Government Run Health Care, Cap And Trade, Cash For Clunkers and Bailout madness is increasingly being reflected in the Congressional generic poll. Today Scott Rasmussen find support for Republican Congressional candidates at it's highest level in recent years. Republican candidates enjoy a five point lead over the Democrats 43-38 percent. That represents a stunning turnaround from election day 2008 when the Democrats had a six point lead in the Congressional preference poll. The "Blue Dog Democrats" have to understand that Obama is willing sacrifice there Congressional seats to pass his Socialist Agenda. If the the "Blue Dogs" vote for Obamacare they will be part the growing unemployed in America.

The networks gave President Obama a primetime audience for the fourth time in six months. The major networks were only asked by President Bush four times in eight years for this primetime audience. The major networks fear the intervention of the federal government into there private business if the don't put King Obama on the air. We all know that the major media executives are complaining behind the scenes to the Obama Administration that they can't afford to keep airing these primetime so-called fire side chats with Obama. The networks, absolutely "feel pressured, says Paul Friedman of CBS's Senior Vice President It is a enormous financial cost when Obama replaces one of those primetime hours. The new media division also have mixed feelings about whether they are being used. The Obama Administration used the liberal media for the last two years while, he was running for President. The executives at the three major networks are worried that the Obama administration will be asking for more primetime hours in the near future which could start affecting there corporate profits. The Bush Administration always showed some respect for the major networks and floated dates and times that would be acceptable to each major network. There is no way that nationalizing health care won't be deficit neutral as Obama The Clown has claimed to the American public. The CBO has told Obama Administration a thousand times that his health care plan will add trillions of dollars to the deficit. The Liberal media is starting to report that any kind of Obama passed health care plan would be a moral victory. The Obama media will give him credit for transforming the health care system and almost twenty percent of the American Economy. The legion of Obama followers truly, believe taxing the rich to the limits will pay for the overhaul of the American health care system. This how all Great Society Programs get started by taxing the rich. Franklin D. Roosevelt and Lyndon B. Johnson forced businesses contribute through payroll taxes to pay for there new socialist programs. Obama is using the same philosophy to pass National Health Care and make it another new national entitlement program. The is no way Americans making over a million dollars will be able to pay for this health care debacle. The Obama Administration had to find a evil straw man so, they started attacking the "Cadillac" Insurance Plans. The tax cost would be levied on those insurance plans that exceed $40,000 that majority of Wall Street Executives have in there compensation packages. How long will it take before the American people find out there is no way we can pay for nationalized health care and the rest of Obama socialist agenda. Obama has to understand that the well will run dry then he, will have to turn his guns to the middle class who just cannot afford any new taxes during a prolonged recession. Finally, if the bureaucrats in Washington can't budget and run a simple "Cash For Clunkers" program how are they going to run a health care system with 300 million Americans. The reason why I said 300 million is because the government will eventually put the private health care system out of business. The Americana people will be put in a single payer program similar to Canada and your basic health care coverage will be rationed to American people to keep the cost down. The Cash for Clunkers has shown us the incompetence of the federal government. If ObamaCare passes and is signed by the President you can kiss America goodbye. Cut Payroll and Capitial Gains Taxes To Help Stimulate The Economy

The incentive program cash for clunkers has become a popular program for new car customers across America and is helping stimulate car sales in a bad economy. Therefore, I personally believe that the best way to stimulate the overall economy in America is a cut in the payroll taxes and capital gains tax cuts. If you cut payroll taxes in half you will stimulate jobs but also, help keep existing jobs in America. The deficit early in the payroll tax cut program will jump but it will be offset by creating more jobs and more revenue for the federal government. Payroll tax cuts would not be my first choice as a stimulus measure like personal income taxes, but there is a strong case for including some tax-side measures in the stimulus package and they would probably be my first choice of tax cuts included. The key concept by Conservatives and Moderates in Congress seem to be that it is crucial to avoid spending any stimulus money on helping people in financial need, so this what you get a terrible Stimulus plan. This stimulus plan By Democrats is indefensible that a plan worth a trillion dollars of taxpayers money does not include any FICA provisions. A payroll tax holiday would be is tremendously stimulative, it puts money back in the pockets of those who are employed and it makes a new hire much cheaper for anyone considering the same as well as overall business cash flow in a way that could allow for jobs to be saved, meaning higher household income for Americans than otherwise would be the case leading to more spending. Capital Gains Tax cuts could be one of the best ways to jolt a sick economy. Capital Gains tax cuts will also, increase the revenue towards federal and state governments. This will also, put more money in the hands of investors so they can create jobs for the American people. The Democrats will argue that capital gains tax cuts only help the rich but helping the rich also, helps the average American because they create the jobs in a struggling economy. The Democrats will say that only 7-10% of all American can take advantage of capital gains tax cuts. But I want to remind Democrats if you invest in any way in the stock market with a 401k the capital gains tax cut could help your nest egg grow with new investment in the markets. Finally, a good tax incentive program always works in America so, just put money back in the hands of average Americans and they will jump start a sick economy.

Richardson already owned two houses one in her Long Beach District and the other in San Pedro. Rep. Richardson has defaulted six times on both homes. The Office Of Ethics has interviewed an investor who bought the house in foreclosure last year, as well as neighbors. The city declared the home a public nuisance. Rep. Chicago Crime Rise In Obama Neighborhood

As the so-called collective African-American leaders of Chicago like President Obama, Valarie Jarrett, Jessie Jackson, Rev. Wright, Rev. Meeks and Louis Farrakhan do not respond to the crime in Chicago in the same manner as the government collectively responded to the potential spread of the Swine Flu Virus there will continue to be a rise in crime in inner-city Chicago. The reason why the virus was not able to cause the deaths that it could have is because local, state and national leaders including Chicago's own President Obama immediately provided the necessary financial, prevention and intervention resources to stop that potential virus and it's possible spread of death. The environment that causes the spread of death and violence is not being addressed in the same manner by our local and national leadership with the same intervention and prevention resource. so, we stopped the spread of one form death while another form of death continue to rise. Gang member and drug dealers are rejoicing in the fact that they will again have direct text messaging and cell phone access with there ability to again run their sales and enforcement directly to all there contacts within the Chicago Public Schools with the blessing of the Mayor, Schools and Police Chiefs who are reinstating the ability of students to have access to cell phones in the schools for the purpose of having students with the ability to text anonymous crime information to police. Despite President Obama PSA that states that we should listen to the "people on the ground" who know "what is going on and what should be done". He himself has totally ignored the desperate public appeals from many of the longtime grassroots Chicago associates that are organizers, business leaders and religious leaders who have tried to get him to respond to what they see on the ground and have specific recommendations on what he can do to respond to the environment that has most of the violent acts, shootings and deaths that occur just miles from his Hyde Park Home. President Obama is never questioned about the violence in the poor areas means that he can always come home to Chicago and never be questioned when his agenda includes his pals foe exercising, fancy dinner sites, and his basketball games. Finally, with over 100,000 gang members in Chicago and billions of street dollars economy, we will continue allow these elements to be the number one source of income for individuals to provide for themselves and their families in urban areas and also a source of Chicago again being The Murder Capital Of The World. Therefore, can't our collective leaders listen to those on the ground who have ideas on how to immediately start thousands of legitimate grassroots jobs. My biggest problem with President Obama is that "Change" should have started in inner-city Chicago instead of a campaign slogan that will never help the people in inner-city Chicago who need the help the most.

I am still schocked to this day that Barack Obama became President Of The United States with his questionable background of friends. President Obama friends consist of Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Rev. Meeks. Minister Louis Farrkahn, Bill Ayers, Rev. Michael Pflagher, Professor Henry Louis Gates and these are just a few of his radical friends and allies. Being a member of the African-American Community I have seen some of President Obama friends in person at some local colleges give some of most radical speeches in Modern Day America. Professor Gates told Gayle King on XM/Sirius Radio Show Professor Gates said that Sgt. Crowley falsified a police report and also lied about the quote "I will speak to your mama outside". Professor Gates also, made a spectacle of the incident on the CNN Special Show Black In America where he, stirred up the crowd by saying that Sgt. Crowley illegally arrested him in his home. Professor Gates should have been grateful that a neighbor in his community was watching his home and thought that they had seen a crime in progress. Professor Gates should have went inside his home and retrieved his identification and showed it to Sgt. Crowley and the incident would have been over in less than five minutes. Professor Gates should have thanked his neighbor for calling the police because in some inner-city neighborhoods your neighbors will not call the police. This "No Snitching Code" in the inner-city has destroyed communities all across America. President Obama crossed the line by saying that the Cambridge Police Department acted Stupidly in arresting somebody when there was already proof that they were in there home. Sgt. Crowley said, the President was way off base by wading into a local issue without knowing the facts, as he stated before in his comments. Sgt. The President should read CBO Director assessment of ObamaCare and the estimated cost would increases the federal deficit from one to three trillion Dollars over ten years. There are a certain group of "Clueless Americans" who believe that they will get Health Care free. President Obama will probably end up getting enough "Blue Dog Democrats" to pass ObamaCare and the American people will not know the "devil in the details" in health care bill until they get a hike in there federal taxes. AL Sharpton who is supporting Gillibrand lambasted Maloney, saying her use of the word is alarming. No public official, even in quoting someone else, should loosely use such a offensive term and should certainly challenge someone using the term to him or her, "Sharpton said.
