The DHS and FBI has done assessments on organizations like ELF and ALF who have done domestic terrorism and physical harassment of Americans like arson, vandalism, farms, labs and university teachers. The two spokespeople for DHS said the economic downturn was the reason of the rise of Right Wing extremism in America.
