Obama Commits Act Of High Treason, Sides With Mexico Against Arizona

Alex Jones & Aaron Dykes - In his latest You Tube address, Alex Jones examines the factors leading towards the Obama Administration’s pending lawsuit against Arizona’s controversial immigration laws, an act of treason under the 11th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which bars the suing of states under certain circumstances.

Why President Obama would ignore the popular outcry to control the border and rally against Arizona with allies including Mexican President Felipe Calderon makes little sense until put in context with the fact that he intends to ram through historically unpopular amnesty legislation. Outrageously, Arizona Senator Jon Kyl (R) claims that Obama told him privately that, in essence, an open border was a point of leverage on the amnesty issue:
“If we secure the border, then you all won’t have any reason to support comprehensive immigration reform,” Sen. Kyl quoted President Obama as stating.
Kyl recounted the story to a room of concerned supporters, further characterizing the President’s position as “holding hostage” the border issue to help push the amnesty package. This despite political uproar in Arizona, increased border violence, increased threats to Sheriffs and other law enforcement in border areas, and the closing of many state parks and other areas on the border considered too dangerous to allow Americans into.
NORTH AMERICAN UNION AGENDA
Presidents Obama and Calderon at the SPP 2009At the same time, efforts to integrate North America under the Security & Prosperity Partnership and other related agreements have continued to undermine national sovereignty in general, and the 9th & 10th Amendment sovereignty of states like Arizona in particular. The SPP was first established by Presidents George W. Bush, Vicente Fox and PM Paul Martin, then continued by Presidents Barack Obama, Felipe Calderon and PM Stephen Harper. Calderon has been particularly duplicitous in this regard– he bellowed about the ’strict’ immigration laws established by Arizona (despite Mexico’s stricter laws) and further restated Mexico’s ‘claim to stolen land.
If this were truly his concern, why then would he simultaneously embrace continental integration by participating in the SPP?
This globalist partnership– pursued “by stealth” and without the knowledge or consent of the American, Canadian or Mexican peoples– is indeed a treasonous collaboration with foreign powers, and very much in the spirit of that which the 11th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, passed in 1795, intended to prevent and punish.

21 Killed In Shootout between Drug Gangs Near Arizona Border

HERMOSILLO, MEXICO (AP) -A massive gun battle between rival drug and migrant trafficking gangs near the U.S. border Thursday left 21 people dead and at least six others wounded, prosecutors said.

The fire fight occurred in a sparsely populated area about 12 miles (20 kilometers) from the Arizona border, near the city of Nogales, that is considered a prime corridor for immigrant and drug smuggling.

The Sonora state Attorney General's Office said in a statement that nine people were captured by police at the scene of the shootings, six of whom had been wounded in the confrontation. Eight vehicles and seven weapons were also seized.

All of the victims were believed to be members of the gangs.

The shootings occurred near a dirt road between the hamlets of Tubutama and Saric, in an area often used by traffickers.

Gangs often fight for control of trafficking routes and sometimes steal "shipments" of undocumented migrants from each other, but seldom have they staged such mass gun battles.

Gang violence near the Arizona border has led to calls from officials in the U.S. state for greater control of the border and is one reason given for a controversial law passed in April requiring Arizona police to ask people about their immigration status in certain situations.

In a city on another part of the U.S. border, gunmen killed an assistant attorney general for Chihuahua state and one of her bodyguards.

After being chased by armed assailants through the darkened streets of Ciudad Juarez, the vehicle carrying Sandra Salas Garcia and two bodyguards was riddled with bullets Wednesday night.

Arturo Sandoval, a spokesman for the Attorney General's Office, said the second bodyguard was seriously wounded.

Salas was responsible for evaluating the work of prosecutors and special investigations units in Chihuahua.

Drug violence has killed more than 4,300 people in recent years in Ciudad Juarez, which borders El Paso, Texas.

More than 23,000 people have been killed by drug violence since late 2006, when President Felipe Calderon began deploying thousands of troops and federal police to drug hot spots.

70% Of Arizona Voters Support Illegal Immgration Bill

Rasmussen- The Arizona legislature has now passed the toughest measure against illegal immigration in the country, authorizing local police to stop and check the immigration status of anyone they suspect of being in the country illegally.

A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey finds that 70% of likely voters in Arizona approve of the legislation, while just 23% oppose it.

Opponents of the measure, including major national Hispanic groups, say it will lead to racial profiling, and 53% of voters in the state are concerned that efforts to identify and deport illegal immigrants also will end up violating the civil rights of some U.S. citizens. Forty-six percent (46%) don’t share that concern

Those figures include 23% who are very concerned and 18% who are not at all concerned.

Civil rights concerns were a bit higher last year. following a series of aggressive enforcement actions by the Maricopa County Sherriff.

Eighty-three percent (83%) of Arizona voters say a candidate's position on immigration is an important factor in how they will vote, including 51% who say it’s very important.

The measure is already having an impact on this year’s Senate and governor races in the state.

Senator John McCain, who is facing a serious Republican Primary challenge this year in part over his involvement in developing immigration reform legislation, on Monday endorsed the new state law. McCain now earns just 47% support to challenger J.D. Hayworth’s 42% in Arizona’s hotly contested GOP Senate Primary race.

(Want a free daily e-mail update? If it's in the news, it's in our polls). Rasmussen Reports updates are also available on Twitter or Facebook.

Arizonans consistently have been critical of the U.S. government’s failure to secure the border with Mexico, and that anxiety has increased with growing drug violence along the border.

While many in Washington, D.C. view immigration reform as a way to legalize the 10 million or more illegal immigrants in the country, 73% of voters in Arizona now say gaining control of the border is more important than legalizing the status of these undocumented workers.

In July of last year, 51% of Arizona voters said it is more important for Congress to pass immigration reform than health care reform.

That view is shared by voters nationwide and has been for several years.

Eighty-four percent (84%) of Arizona Republicans and 69% of voters not affiliated with either major party in the state favor the new get-tough legislation. Democrats are more closely divided: 51% like the new law, but 43% oppose it.

Sixty percent (60%) of Democrats and 57% of unaffiliateds are concerned that the law may lead to possible civil rights violations against U.S. citizens. Fifty-four percent (54%) of Republicans are not very or not at all concerned about this.

Republican Governor Jan Brewer now has the bill on her desk, awaiting either her signature into law or her veto. State Attorney General Terry Goddard, a Democrat who is running against Brewer for governor this year, has announced his opposition to the new law.

The top four GOP contenders for governor of Arizona, including Brewer, have all expanded their support since last month in match-ups with Goddard. The Democrat has lost ground and now trails in all four contests. One factor in the latest trends may have been Goddard’s refusal to join other states in suing the federal government over the new health care law. Brewer found a way to proceed despite Goddard’s refusal and got a big bounce in the polls.

The new law puts into state statute some of the policies that have long been practiced by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio. But his aggressive enforcement of federal laws against illegal immigration have triggered a Justice Department probe and moves by the Obama administration to reduce his ability to enforce federal immigration laws.

When these moves against Arpaio were first reported in March 2009, 68% of Arizona voters said they had a favorable view of the sheriff. Voters also strongly favored his tactics including police raids on places where illegal immigrants gather to find work.

Dems Say That Tea Party Supporters Are Terrorist

The zombified Tea Party created by establishment Republicans and headed up by media darling Sarah Palin is taking heat for a spate of bad behavior around the country in response to the imposition of Obamacare. It is not clear who is responsible for the foul language and threats directed against Democrats but this has not stopped them from blaming their ideological twin, the Republican Party. Dems are demanding the Republicans denounce their creation — the hijacked and transmogrified Tea Party sworn to uphold the Republican platform of big government and endless war against phantom enemies.

It’s not just Democrats who get to play victim. Earlier today House Minority Whip Rep. Eric Cantor of Virginia held a press conference and said somebody fired a bullet at his campaign office on Monday. Cantor admonished Rep. Chris Van Hollen and DNC chairman Tim Kaine for fanning the flames of hysteria and attempting to gain politically from the media circus swirling around the isolated incidents of outrage over the “socialization” (more accurately the corporate monopolization at gunpoint) of health care.

House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn went on MSNBC’s “Hardball” this afternoon and characterized the obscene phones calls and emails as domestic terrorism. Clyburn said people are getting “signals” from Republicans on how to behave and that lawmakers need to “disown” the activity before it gets out of control. He suggested his colleagues were culpable. “If we participate in it, either from the balcony or on the floor of the House, you are aiding and abetting this kind of terrorism, really,” Clyburn said.

“I think it’s part of a pattern,” said Rules Committee Chairwoman Louise Slaughter after an act of vandalism at her office in New York. Slaughter, at the command of Nancy Pelosi, was ready to force through the Obamacare monstrosity without a vote in the House. Such an unconstitutional maneuver turned out not to be necessary because the Democrats twisted arms and promised the moon to get the votes required for passage. Holdout Bart Stupak, a Michigan Democrat, was promised airport grants for his district if he abandoned his opposition. In other words, Stupak sold his opposition to abortion for a barrel of pork at the expense of the American people.

Libs over at the Huffington Post have taken up the domestic terrorism angle. It will not be members of the Borg hive Republican Tea Party that will engage in domestic terrorism, argues Jeff Schneider, but the radical fringe (in other words, the real Tea Party). “While the attack will not come from the Tea Party proper, more radical members and affiliated groups that have allied themselves with the movement are beginning to mobilize,” he writes today. “What began as the corporate funded, Dick Armey led, FreedomWorks organized, anti-health care rallying Tea Party movement has grown into something beyond what its founders intended.”

The Tea Party (if we can call it such) has entered into a series of loose alliances (of convenience or common purpose) with fringe groups like The Oath Keepers, the Committees of Safety, and the Three Percenter Movement (to name a few). While the rhetoric from Tea Party groups is vitriolic, its protests (to date) have been predominantly non-violent — but while many Tea Party protesters may be peaceful, their rhetoric, and the rhetoric of fellow traveler politicians like Rep. Bachmann and former Gov. Sarah Palin, is echoing through the Tea Party to its fringe elements — and the threat of domestic terror from these groups, or individuals who belong to them, has risen exponentially.

Closely following talking points issued by the Southern Poverty Law Center, Schneider connects the Oath Keepers to white supremacists, the Keystone State Skinheads forum and Stormfront. Schneider insists the “fringe” Tea Party movement is dangerous because it is linked to Gun Owners of America.
Gun Owners of America has over 300,000 members. It is the “only no-compromise gun lobby in Washington,” according to Ron Paul.

The Oath Keepers advocate that its members — who are current and former U.S. military and law enforcement — uphold their oaths of service and pledge to protect the U.S. Constitution. Even though the group is pledged to non-violence, Mother Jones has deemed it the “Tea Party’s military wing.”

The demonization of constitutionalists and patriots (minus absolutely any evidence they are involved in threats and obscene phone calls to the Congress critters who violated the Constitution this week) has moved from a concerted government and corporate media propaganda effort to a possibly more concrete and dangerous level.

“Law enforcement authorities are investigating the discovery of a cut propane gas line at the Virginia home of Rep. Thomas Perriello’s (D-Va.) brother, whose address was targeted by tea party activists angry at the congressman’s vote for the health care bill,” Politico reported yesterday. “While officials are not willing to characterize the exact nature of the incident because of the ongoing investigation, it did not involve an immediate threat to occupants of the residence. However officials are taking the incident very seriously and conducting a vigorous investigation,” Lee Catlin, community relations director for the Albemarle County Fire Marshal in Virginia said in a statement.

The FBI — America’s premier political police force with a long track record of cracking down on groups and individuals opposed to the government — is involved in the investigation.

“As of Wednesday afternoon, the FBI was investigating whether a severed gas line at the home of Congressman Perriello’s brother was related to a comment posted on a local ‘tea party’ website for activists to ‘drop by’ and ‘express their thanks’ for his healthcare vote and to ‘remember exactly what it is their constituents are saying and how they are telling them to vote,’” the Christian Science Monitor reports.

“Should something violent happen, Republicans know it could further discredit the Tea Party movement, and the conservative outrage that is fueling it, in the eyes of the wider American public. That explains, in part, the preponderance of condemnations now being issued by GOP congressmen, including Boehner, and by grass-roots activists,” reports Fox 31 in Denver, Colorado.

“These threats are likely coming from rogue, outside sources,” Lesley Hollywood, the director of the Northern Colorado Tea Party, told Fox. The Northern Colorado Tea Party is affiliated with Glenn Beck’s 912 Project.

The Republican Tea Party and Beck’s 912 Project have nothing to fear. If and when the Oath Keepers, Gun Owners of America, Alex Jones, and patriots not affiliated with establishment “conservative” groups are accused of domestic terrorism and the state responds in typically blunt and brutal fashion, they will be safe.

Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, and Glenn Beck will not be arrested and detained indefinitely as their friend in the Senate, the neocon Lindsey Graham, has recently proposed.

SUPER BOWL PITTSBURGH VS. ARIZONA "PICK THE WINNER"

There is no one in America would have predicted a Super Bowl Game Between the Arizona Cardinals and the Pittsburgh Steelers before the season started. The Steelers were one of the favorites to go to the Super Bowl in the AFC because, they have one of the best defenses in the NFL and a solid Offense. The Steelers Defense did not allow over 300 yards of offense in a game this season and if they keep the Cardinals under that Magic Mark this could be a record that stands for decades. The Steelers Defense if led by one of the greatest Safeties of All-Time Troy Polamalu who is the "Gold Standard" when it comes to defense players in the NFL. Troy is everywhere on the Football Field making plays that win football games for the Steelers. The Steelers Defense is also, led by the outstanding outside Linebacker tandem of James Harrison and Lamar Woodley who both had double digit sacks this season. Harrison was the Defensive Player Of The Year in the NFL and he, was a free agent draft pick who turned into a superstar after they released Joey Porter. The Steelers Defense Coordinator Dick Lebeou is one of the greatest Defensive Coordinators of All-Time because he, always puts his Defensive players in the best position to make plays. This Steelers Defensive reminds me of the 1980's when you have great Defenses in the NFC like New York Giants, Washington Redskins, Chicago Bears and San Fransisco 49ers. The Steelers have a old school Offensive that believes in Running the Football first wins football games. The Steelers running game is lead by Willie Parker who had a down season this year because of injuries but, in the playoffs has taken his game to another level. The Leader of the Steelers Offense is one of the best leaders in the NFL and his name is Ben Roethlisberger the Steelers starting Quarterback. Ben has already in his short career has led the Steelers to one Super Bowl victory and this Sunday he, can start writing his own history as one of the greatest Quarterbacks in the history of the NFL. The Cardinals have the second longest losing streak when it comes to teams not winning a Major Sports Championship. The Cardinals are behind the Chicago Cubs who haven't won a Championship in 100 years. The Cardinals seem to have some type of mojo go on because, they are making plays that the Cardinals never make in a football games especially in the playoffs. This Cardinals Football team is lead by the "Miracle Man" Curt Warner who seems to have the magic touch. Curt started his career in Arena Football League as a Quarterback and now he, will be going to his Third Super Bowl as a starting Quarterback with two different teams. Curt has had a tremendous season throwing the Football to Larry Fitzgerald and Anquian Bolden who both had a excellent season. Larry Fitzgerald has had a break out season that has made him the best Wide Receiver in the NFL. Larry has broken all the playoff receiving records held by Jerry Rice this season. Larry Fitzgerald tremendous play at Wide Receiver and a new improved running game led by Edgeren James has taken the Cardinals Offense to another level in the playoffs. The Cardinal Defense is very underrated but it has a lot of young talent starting with there safety Adrian Wilson who is the anchors to there Defense. The strongest part of there Defense is their Safety combination of Adrian Wilson and Antolle Rolle because they always seem to be around the football making plays. The Cardinals have some nice young Linebackers starting with Carlos Dansbey who anchors the young core. The Cardinals seem to be on the same ride that the Giants where on last year when they won the Super Bowl. Finally, you have two excellent young coaches trying to win there first Super Bowl Mike Tomlin and Ken Wisenhunt. The story behind these two coaches is that everyone thought when Coach Bill Cowher retired as Head Coach of the Steelers that Ken Wisenhunt would get the job but, it went to Mike Tolmin. The Cardinals in the same year hired Ken Wisenhunt as there Head Coach and now we will finally see if the Rooney Family made the right decision when they hired Mike Tomlin as Head Coach. I truly, think that this is a "Magical Year" for the Cardinals and I expect the Cardinals to pull off a upset and defeat the Steelers 27-20
