MERRILL CEO 1.22 MILLION FOR FURNITURE

The chief Executive of Merrill Lynch will resign from Bank Of America today Effective immediately. Bank of America's shares fell sharply after reports surfaced that the executives are meeting about the future of he company. The reports all around town is that Merrill Lynch lost a estimated 5 billion dollars in the fourth quarter and these clowns decided to move the bonus up right before they were acquired by Bank Of America on Jan 1. The CEO of Bank Of America Ken Lewis met with executives to discuss John Thain future. CNBC learned that Thain spent 1.22 million redesigning his office including 35, 000 for a commode on legs when he, became CEO of Merrill Lynch a year ago. Thain also, paid his driver 230,000 a year of work which included 85,000 a year in salary 18,000 in bonus and 128,000 in overtime expenses documents show. drivers of other executives are paid about half of the amount. this clown spent this much money on office furniture after losing 12 billion in the second quarter earnings. Bank Of America has come under fire for acquiring Merrill Lynch because they knew about the move up of bonuses right before the takeover by Bank Of America. bank of America is the same bank that has stuck it to the American people again by getting another 20 billion dollars for the United states Government. The Treasury Department sent Bank Of America 25 billion dollars a few months ago and these clowns wasted the money.
