Obama And Pelosi Destroyed The Constitution

On Thursday, Robert Gibbs, Obama’s press secretary, responded to a question about the so-called “Slaughter Rule” (named after Rep. Slaughter, who sits on the rules committee) that will be used by Democrats to force through Obama’s totalitarian care bill, probably over the weekend.

Gibbs’ answer was deliberately opaque. By not addressing the question, he essentially said “deem and pass” will be used in the future to enact unpopular legislation, including a bill that will legalize millions of illegal immigrants.

It is now official — the Constitution is dead. It may as well be used to wrap fish.

Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution requires that both houses of Congress hold recorded yea-or-nay votes on a bill before it can be presented to the president for his signature and before it can become law.

Obama approves of sabotaging the Constitution. He said he does not “spend a lot of time worrying about what the procedural rules are,” in other words violating the spirit and law of the Constitution is not a biggie for him. “What I can tell you is that the vote that’s taken in the House will be a vote for health care reform. And if people vote yes, whatever form that takes, that is going to be a vote for health care reform,” he told Bret Baier of Fox News.

“These constitutional rules set forth in Article I are not mere exercises in formalism,” former federal appeals court judge Michael McConnell told the Wall Street Journal earlier in the week. “They ensure the democratic accountability of our representatives.”

Author and talk show host Mark Levin’s Landmark Legal Foundation plans to file an immediate lawsuit if House Democratic leaders try to use the unconstitutional maneuver to pass the Senate version of Obama’s totalitarian care.

Good for Levin. However, according to constitutional experts, the underhanded procedure is unlikely to be reversed by the courts.

In short, Obama and Congress will not be called to task. The Constitution is now about as relevant as the Sunday funnies

Pelosi And Hoyer I am Un-American "Kiss My Ass"

I am not surprised that Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Majority Leader Rep. Hoyer are calling protesters of President Obama Health Care Plan Un-American. These two arrogant ass clowns believe that the average American should keep there mouth shut and sign on to Obamacare. The American people have the right to know what is in the 1,000 page Health Care Bill. There are provisions in the Health Care Bill where we have to pay for abortions on demand. This Health Care Bill gets are down right scary when it comes to "Death Panels" that will determine if you are eligible for certain type of life saving health care programs. I don't want a bunch of Harvard Educated Bureaucrats determining if I will receive life saving procedures or medications. The left-wing in America is out of control and they are drunk with power. If President Bush would have treated the Anti-War protesters the same way President Obama and Democratic Congress is treating health care protesters there would have been a "Media Jihad" against the Bush Administration. President Bush respected dissent against the Iraq war even when Anti-War activist Cindy Sheehan protested outside his Crawford, Texas Ranch. The New Obama Socialist Democratic Party in America is similar to Socialist Parties in China, Cuba and Venezuela. They don't like any kind dissent and they will attack and discredit anyone who goes against the socialist party doctrine.This type of behavior is similar to the beginning of the Third Reich when anyone who questioned Hitler was harassed and assaulted by the Brownshirts. I truly, believe if Obama, Pelosi and Hoyer had the opportunity they would arrest and imprison all the Health Care protesters in America. Finally, this is a dangerous time in America and the Democratic Socialist forces are going in for the kill. We must stand strong and fight this evil enemy.

WATERBOARDING NANCY PELOSI

After all these ridiculous lies by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi this could be the only way we as Americans can get to to the bottom of these enhanced interrogation techniques or waterboarding controversy. Therefore, let's just ask a one simple question What she knew and When she knew it. If it thwarts one more attack on our intellects, it will be worth it. Finally, If any asked who authorized the use of enhanced interrogation techniques on Speaker Pelosi please don't mention my code name to the Obama Administration. PELOSI KNEW ABOUT TORTURE

The Speaker Of The House Nancy Peolsi and Former CIA Chief Porter Goss Knew about enhanced interrogation techniques including waterboarding, were being used in Jihad detainees on September 4, 2002. This clown Speaker Pelosi knew from day one the that the CIA were using these techniques to gain vital information. Speaker Pelosi should be under investigation for lying to the American public about National Security. This is what the CIA memo says published by Human Events. The Weekly Standard Bill Kristol also, read the memo on Fox News which says the CIA went over every technique used on the detainees with Speaker Pelosi and other prominent Democrats. Finally, the truth comes out that Speaker Pelosi is a habitual lying machine and she should be removed from being Speaker Of The House as soon as possible.

The House Democratic Leadership is extremely, mad at Queen Nancy Pelosi because it seems that she, is taking all the power away from the Committee Chairman when writing legalisation for the up coming Stimulus Bill. The Chairman of these Committees have been forced to wait on the sidelines as monumental bills are being written in Queen Nancy Pelosi's office. The leaders of these Committees are complaining louder and more often because, they want a return to order when bills are written in Committee is long overdue. The members warned Pelosi if the closed door legislative process does not change with the Economic Recovery Bill frustration could boil over and spill over onto the floor of the Congress. This is really coming to a head soon Rep. Bart Stupak who Chairs The Energy and Commerce Oversight Committee. The question is are we actually going to legislate, There is a opportunity for us to turn this corner, but we have not done it yet with Speaker Pelosi. Majority Leader Steny Hoyer indicated the there would be some Committee markups on the Stimulus Bill especially, in the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. On Wednesday the Democratic leaders unveiled to markup the Stimulus Bill to 825 billion dollars by two Committees the Ways And Means and Appropriations Committee. Many Democrats feel frozen out of the process because of the need to quickly enact the Stimulus Bill. Rep. Alice Hastings the Third Ranking Member on the Rules Committee said that members brought this up in our caucus meetings. In the case of the Stimulus Bill is much too important to slow down, but in the future he continued , it would be better to go through the process slowly and the hits and misses that come with that. Rep. Defazio is hearing the same urgency out the Obama administration appointees that I heard out of the Bush Officials when it comes to the Economic Recovery Plan. Rep. Defazio says the we can make suggestions but, it is a top down process. Rep. Defazio said that she is very aware of our concerns and she is not unreceptive to pushbacks she is getting from caucus members and she is not telling us to it down and be quite. Finally, Queen Nancy has promised the Committee Charmian that there will be regular order in Congress once we get past the Stimulus Bill.
