If you cut payroll taxes in half you will stimulate jobs but also, help keep existing jobs in America. The deficit early in the payroll tax cut program will jump but it will be offset by creating more jobs and more revenue for the federal government. Payroll tax cuts would not be my first choice as a stimulus measure like personal income taxes, but there is a strong case for including some tax-side measures in the stimulus package and they would probably be my first choice of tax cuts included. The key concept by Conservatives and Moderates in Congress seem to be that it is crucial to avoid spending any stimulus money on helping people in financial need, so this what you get a terrible Stimulus plan. But I want to remind Democrats if you invest in any way in the stock market with a 401k the capital gains tax cut could help your nest egg grow with new investment in the markets. He himself has totally ignored the desperate public appeals from many of the longtime grassroots Chicago associates that are organizers, business leaders and religious leaders who have tried to get him to respond to what they see on the ground and have specific recommendations on what he can do to respond to the environment that has most of the violent acts, shootings and deaths that occur just miles from his Hyde Park Home. President Obama is never questioned about the violence in the poor areas means that he can always come home to Chicago and never be questioned when his agenda includes his pals foe exercising, fancy dinner sites, and his basketball games. Finally, with over 100,000 gang members in Chicago and billions of street dollars economy, we will continue allow these elements to be the number one source of income for individuals to provide for themselves and their families in urban areas and also a source of Chicago again being The Murder Capital Of The World. Therefore, can't our collective leaders listen to those on the ground who have ideas on how to immediately start thousands of legitimate grassroots jobs. Taliban Video Shows Captured U.S. Solider.

Rangel is expected to unveil his legislation on Tuesday. Rep. Rangel has had a serious problem trying to bring in "Blue Dog Democrats" who are skeptical of taxing Americans during a recession for the Presidents New Health Care Plan. The White House and leading Senate Democrats are saying that "everything is on the table" when it comes to paying for the President National Health Care Plan. Therefore, that means people making under $250,000 will be paying higher taxes. The liberal socialist media knows that you can not pay for this new entitlement program without taxing the middle class. The Taliban feel comfortable fighting a insurgent war because they have won similar wars in history on this same battlefield against Alexander The Great and Soviet Union. The goal of the Taliban is to inflict as many casualties and injuries on Allied Forces so, the media and citizens of each country will turn against the war and will demand a withdrawal of there troops. The President promised Americans that if Congress passed the 787 Billion Dollar Stimulus Bill that the unemployment rate would not reach 8.0%. The President revised his prediction for the nation unemployment rate he, now says that it will reach 10% by the end of the year. The President promised that there would be a hiring explosion in the construction industry. In June employment construction fell by 79,000 with losses spread throughout the construction industry. This is the time of year when construction jobs should be at it's highest level in America. Finally, this proves that President Obama fiscal policies of higher taxes and increased fiscal federal spending has driven the American economy into the ground. With the new Cap-And-Trade legislation that will accelerate more job losses in America in the near future if the Senate passes this regressive bill.
