Obama's Broadway Junket

The first couple spent our limited taxpayers dollars on a Broadway Junket to New York City to eat dinner and watch a Broadway play. The White House refused to say how much the trip cost the taxpayers during this difficult recession. The first couple went to the West Village for dinner and proceeded to go see Joe Turner Come and Gone at the Belasco Theater. There are plenty of shows in Washington D.C. Theater District like Arcadia, Looped, Rent and Design for Living. If the George and Laura Bush would have pulled this stunt during a deep recession the liberal media would have been outraged. The liberal media would be saying on every newscast, talk show and blog that the Bush's were out of touch with middle America and there everyday problems. Finally, the liberal media will not criticize the Obama's they will actually celebrate the trip to New York City because, they are the new "King and Queen"of America. There will be no stories about wasted dollars on MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS and CNN because, they are the new Soviet Style Pravda Media Organization in America. This trip is a outrage to the average tax paying American.
