Massive earthquake in Alaska
We have just received the report that a massive 7.8 Magnitude quake struck Alaska
More details in a moment
Update : We have a lot of Canadian users in the site which (seen the hour of the night) means that they have felt the earthquake too.
Update 09:14 UTC : Prince of Wales Island is pretty uninhabited so shaking should be ok
Update 09:16 UTC : Intensity III in Ketchikan, quite close to the epicenter. Intensity V average further in land. The shaking values are not extreme which is a good sign for the damages on properties. Only the Tsunami warning remains
