THANKSGIVING "BE THANKFUL" DONATE

This Thanksgiving most Americans should be thankful that we have the most important thing in our lives and that is our families. This Thanksgiving I know that their are a number of Americans that are struggling to make ends meet because, of the bad economy and the large number of jobs lost over the past six months. During this bad economy we as Americans need to lean on each other and try to get through these troubling times by donating to our local charities. This Christmas season is a time of giving so, I hope that if you have a few Dollars leftover or some "Canned Goods" please give some money to the Food Bank, Catholic Charities, Salvation Army or your local Church that provide food for the less fortunate. The reason why I am asking the American people to be more generous because, I saw a long line of people outside a local church in my community getting food for the Thanksgiving Holiday. This shows me that the economy is starting to hurt people when it comes to buying food. The food prices are so high that families are running out of food and they are going to there local charities for help. The Local Food Bank in my area said on the news that they only have enough food to get them through the Holiday Season. This is the first time they have made a serious plea for donations 8 years so, they can help feed these struggling families. Finally, I know that you think I am a Left-Wing Liberal but, I am a Conservative and we believe that the best way to help the average American though these tough times is to donate to your local charities. Therefore, every working American should try and help out there struggling neighbor because, you never know that you might be in the same situation one day without a job or any food.

BAILOUT THE AVERAGE AMERICAN "PART ONE"

This week "Bailout Madness" has hit a all-time high with Citigroup coming to the Federal Government table asking for a handout. In, just two months we have had some of the biggest banks and major corporations come to the American Taxpayers for a bailout because, of there imcompetnece. The major companies that have came to the American people are a who's who of some of best corporations that made America one of the greatest countries on earth. It is so, hard to believe that AIG ,Citigroup, Merill Lynch and the "Big Three" could be so, badly mismanaged by there corporate executives. The Government handout of Trillions of Dollars are being spent on saving the failing corporations and banks will come back and haunt the American people in the future because, you just cannot keep printing paper and giving out money like it is 1920's Germany and you know what happened in Germany they went into deep depression and Hitler rose to power. The money could have been better spent more wisely, by giving each working American $50,000 and that would have stimulated the economy better than giving these corporations over one Trillion dollars to fail again like the "Big Three". The American people just bailed out Citigroup and you know what they got for there bailout they received an hike in there credit card interest rate from 9% to 25% if you owe any money on your credit card. These major corporations have no shame to there game because, at Citigroup they did not fire one executive who was responsible for this business debacle that lost Billions of Dollars of sarholders money. The American people could have Stimulate the economy with the money the Government gave them and they also, could have paid off there morgates and there Credit Card Debt. Instead, the President, President-Elect and Congress were willing to give away our children's future to save a bunch of "Greedy Ass Businessmen" who can care less about the Average America. Finally, this is "Part One" of a series or writings about the Average American because, in all these bailout talks you never hear about us until they want to give out a free check. I am sorry I have to go to work to pay for these "BAILOUTS".

WOMAN PRESIDENT "NOT IN OUR LIFETIME"

The truth has to be told that there will never be a woman President in our lifetime. The glass ceiling in America remains firmly in place and you can expect the next few Presidents to be men. The glass ceiling was touched by Sen. Clinton as she won 18 million votes and came up 200 delegates short of becoming the Democratic Presidential nominee. Sen. Clinton was mistreated by the mainstream media and mostly by men and with the help of the Obama Campaign who unfairly casted Sen. Clinton as traveling do-nothing First Lady. Gov. Palin never came close to breaking the glass ceiling because, the Obama campaign and the mainstream media attacked her, as soon as she was nominated for Vice President Of The United States. Gov. Palin was ridiculed by the mainstream media and called incompetent even though she was voted one of the most successful Governors in the United States. The only difference between Sen. Clinton and Gov. Palin is there different political views but, they were both scorned and ridiculed by the mainstream media because, they were women who wanted the most prestigious job in the world. The way Sen. Clinton and Gov. Palin were treated by the mainstream media as they talked openly on nightly talk shows about there clothing and how they raised there children because, they were seeking the highest office in he land. Therefore, in this historic campaign nobody asked President-elect Obama about how he, raised his kids or how much money he spent on his custom made suits he wore during the campaign. The mainstream media questioned Sen. Clinton and Gov. Palin Qualifications but, they both were more qualified than President-elect Obama but, he happened to be African-America and a man and that is more sexy to the mainstream media. The glass ceiling in politics has a long way to go before it is broken because you first have to start with the sexist in the mainstrea media. The nomination of Sen. Clinton as Secretary Of State will not help crack the glass ceiling window because, she will be the third woman to hold the position . This is not the proper launching pad to become, the next President Of the United States. Finally, in the next 25 years you will be hard pressed to find a woman that in politics today who will ascend to the presidency in our lifetime.
