The Obama Administration has asked the CEO of General Motors Rick Wagoner to resign from his position or they will not receive the much needed loans to survive as the nations leading automaker. The Obama Administration also, told Chrysler that they would not receive loans if they did not finalize the merger plan with the European Company Fiat within the next 30 days. This is a huge step for the Obama Administration because they are now running the nations leading automakers from the White House. This is truly, the beginning of nationalized socialist government that will determine how a business is run and which products they will produce. President Obama and Treasury Secretary Geithner wanted special powers to takeover large corporation if they are deemed to large to fail and General Motors is the first example of how this socialized legislation will be handled by the Obama Administration. This move by the Obama Administration has to scare the hell out of the Banks and Corporations that received money from the Federal Government because President Obama and Treasury Secretary Geithner could move in at any time and take control of your private business. The Obama Administration I believe has a more sinister motive and that is that they want to control the money flow that comes out of Wall Street. Therefore, you will see CEO's on Wall Street who scared to confront the Obama Administration because they feel that they will be attacked by the "Obama Populist Machine". This is the "New Obama Socialism" where everything is Centralized in Washington D.C.. This form of Centralized Government that controls corporations and health care has failed in every industrialized country in the world. The Obama Administration wants to take this country down the road of instant failure with this form of government. President Obama Administration main priority is to keep him in power and his minions believe that he can stay in power by putting as many Americans as possible dependent on the federal government for services. Finally, I can not believe in the year 2009 that the Federal government would be running large Corporations like AIG and General Motors from the White House. This could be a sign of a declining world power or a change in government from a Democracy to a Dictatorship. We as Americans will know sooner rather than later but either choice I will not tolerate as a free American Citizen. I would rather fight another revolution than live under these conditions. President Obama and his Administration has been in full campaign mode trying to sell his socialist agenda. The President has been on every major news talk show and ESPN trying to keep his popularity high in the polls. The President is using President Reagen as a example and bypassing the major media and going straight to the American people to sell his agenda. This strategy can help President Obama stay popular with the American people because he, is establishing a connection with everyday Americans. The President also, has a downside to this media strategy is that he might over expose his Administration to the American people. The President had a town hall meeting is which average Americans would have a chance to ask President Obama questions about the economy. The problem with Townhall meeting is that the questionnaires where former Obama campaign workers and supporters. The Washington Post did a great article on the"Phony" Townhall meeting set up by the Obama Administration to show the American people that President Obama is basically running a Hollywood Production Show. This set up Townhall meeting should be commended widely by the left-wing media because, this shows a level of deception that the Obama administration is willing to go to to keep his popularity high. The President knows that his socialist policies in polls are very unpopular with most Americans. The President 3.6 Trillion dollar budget is very unpopular with members in his own Democratic Party. The President is taking heat from governments overseas who think that his wild spending spree will help destroy the world economy. Finally, the President has no choice but to go back to campaign mode because, if your policies are not popular you must make sure that you are popular or his Administration will be doomed in the first year. The Liberal blogs hoped that President Bush would fail so, a Democrat would become President Of The United States. The shoe in the other foot there are Conservatives and Republicans invoking Hitler when it comes to some President Obama socialist policies. The left-wing liberal can't understand why anyone would call the "Messiah" Hitler because he, is a Democrat and the left-wing media loves President Obama. The National Service "Give Act" invokes some of the themes of Hitler's Brownshirts where young Americans have mandatory volunteer Service for the Obama Administration. The young volunteers will be the eyes, ears and boots on the ground for the Obama Machine. If President Bush tried to pass a mandatory volunteer Give Act the left-wing media and blogs would have started a "Jihad" against the Bush Administration. This is a example of the hate that the left-wing "Spewed" in America and how the called President Bush "Bush-Hitler". Finally, how long will the left-wing media protect President Obama incompetent Administration.

REPUBLICAN BUDGET "MESS"

The Republicans presented there version of the 2010 budget that President Obama was crying about during his press conference. The Republicans presented a budget with very little facts, details and no road map to balancing the nations budget. The Republican Party wanted to counter the President with a budget but don't write a piece of crap that seems like you did in the last three days. This budget is short on numbers and facts. The American people don't want a political budget so, you can score political points against President Obama. We want a fiscal Conservative long-term budget that will make our country solvent in the next 15 years. This budget was made to make a political points and create friction between the President and Blue Dog Democrats. The Republican Party in Congress need a game changer by offering the American people a real alternative to the Obama economic policies. The Republican Party need to sit down and think about three issues and concentrate on selling these issues to the American people. The issue are the economy, budget and defense. The only way the Republicans can stop the well-oiled Obama machine is that they must have a clear message on these vital issues. The Obama machine will attack any proposal by the Republicans. The President Press Secretary Robert Gibbs took aim at the Republicans budget because it did not have enough numbers and facts. The only way Republicans can be successful by starting another grassroots campaign that will help there issues be heard by Congress and the rest of so-called moderate America. They should use the same playbook that former Speaker Newt Gingrich used to recapture the Congress in 1994. Speaker Gingrich used the Contract with America which pointed out the vital issues that affected Americans in there everyday lives. This strategy used against the Clinton Administration was on point and the Republicans had unified message that they could take to the American people. Minority Leader Boehner needs to take a lesson from former Speaker Gingrich and get a unifying message instead of putting a worthless budget together that will be shredded by the Obama Machine.

OBAMA NATIONAL SERVICE "BROWNSHIRTS"

The Congress started debating National Service Act which was co-sponsored by Sen. Orin Hatch and Sen. Ted Kennedy. The National Service Act will cost the American people a estimated 6 Billion in funded mandates. This National Service Act is a extension of Americorp but it seems to me to be more sinister. This is the beginning of a Civilian National Security Force that President Obama talked about during his campaign. This is the beginning of the Obama "Brownshirts" that will help his Administration stay in power. The problem I have with this bill is why do we need 6 billion dollars to ask the young Americans to volunteer. This Welfare Act is just another give back program to Obama left-wing supporters. This program will have billions of dollars that will be funneled to organizations like Acorn. There is no way any Republican should support the Welfare Act because you are basically paying Obama campaign workers for free. This is just another Washington program that sounds good to the American people but it is another waste of hard earned taxpayer dollars for a political agenda. Call Congress and Stop The SERVICE ACT

The President and his minions in the White House are trying to tell Americans to look at the big picture. The President is also asking the American people to be patient when it comes to the economy.The President said tonight that there are signs that the economy is turning around because of the new existing home sales went up 5.1% last month. The President said the his strategy is to create jobs, to help responsible homeowners and to start lending and start growing the economy over the long term. The biggest problem the President has is his 2010 Federal budget which is 3.6 trillion dollars. The Congressional Budget Office has said that this budget will increase our federal deficit to 10-15 trillion dollars. The President is optimistic about the future and that the economy will make a strong rebound, but the numbers just don't add up to the President cutting the deficit in half to 533 billion dollars by 2013. President Obama believes that his federal budget is a prescription for the economy but there is a revolt in the Democratic Party by the Blue Dog Democrats. The Blue Dog Democrats and Republicans feel that the President Budget is out of touch with reality which was expressed by the CBO who said we could see deficits that our children could never payback. The best comment was made by Sen. Judd Gregg of New Hampshire who said that President Obama budget was similar to a "Banana Republic Country". Therefore, how long will it take before the American people find out that this Clown does not know what the hell he is doing when it comes to the economy. The President feels that if we have a recovery and the expired Bush Tax cuts will bring in more revenue the federal government. It is estimated in 2011 that the expired Bush tax cuts will bring in 350 billion dollars in 2011 and in 2012 the taxes will bring in a estimated 430 billion dollars. This economic fantasy that President Obama has presented to the American people is like betting your whole check on the lottery and hoping that you will win 10 million dollars. This budget could send America into bankruptcy and President Obama and his minions knows consequences to his wild outrageous spending. The columnist Frank Rich criticized President Obama for saying that Timothy Geithner is doing a outstanding job he said, it sounds similar to President Bush who said that FEMA Secretary Micheal Brown was doing a excellent job during Hurricane Katrina while people were dying in the streets. The Columnist Maureen Dowd Criticized President Obama for his lack of professionalism while, in the White House saying that maybe we should have elected Michelle Obama as President. This President has shown how out of touch with reality he, really is when Steve Kroft was asking serious questions about the economy President Obama kept laughing. Steve Kroft actually asked the President Of The United States if he was punch drunk. The Democratic Party should not be surprised because conservatives told them in the General Election that President Obama was not ready for Prime-Time. President Obama has no administrative skills because, he has never run anything but his teleprompter in his whole life. The President spent 800 Billion dollars on his stimulus Plan and he, also presented Congress with his new Federal Budget for the year 2010 at a estimated cost of 3.6 Trillion Dollars. The President and Treasury Secretary Geithner is expected in the near future to come back to Congress for another Trillion Dollars for more bailouts. It is estimated that this whole bailout fiasco has cost the American Taxpayer between 10-15 Trillion Dollars. The Congressional Budget Office run by Democrats has done a audit of President Obama Stimulus Plan and Budget. The CBO has said if President Obama and the Democratic Congress continue this outrageous spending the United States Government will go bankrupt. The CBO audit says that President Obama will budget plan will put America in a position where they could never payback all our debts. The Budget President Obama presented to Congress could cost our children 10- 20 trillion dollars added on to our federal deficit. The Obama Administration refuse to listen to the CBO and they are saying that this budget is the right prescription for this ailing economy. Therefore, are critics in the Democratic Party, Republican Party and worldwide of the spending of the Obama Administration. The head of the World bank this weekend said that these large stimulus plans and budgets by America and European Countries were not needed because they expose these countries to large deficits that they can not payback. The United States has to hope that China, Japan and Saudi Arabia keep financing our outrageous spending, because if they don't you will see the American dollar crash and will see our great country go bankrupt like the former Germany in the 1920's. Finally, last week the Chinese Government gave America a lecture on there outrageous spending and their deficits. The Chinese Government said that the United States needed to start spending there money more wisely. Who would have thought 25 years ago that the Chinese would be giving America a lecture on how to spend money. This has truly shown how far America has fallen in the eyes of the world

President Obama and the Democratic Congress has ginned up so, much hate toward the rich in America it has gotten completely out of control. The President and his minions are using this economic crisis to gain complete power in America. The President suppose to try and unite this country during this economic crisis but his political advisers believe that it is to his advantage that he divides America between the rich and everybody else. This President has phony outrage after his own Treasury Secretary took a provision out of the stimulus pork bill that would have denied AIG employees there bonuses. This President and the Democratic Congress in using this outrage to raise taxes on Americans who make over $250,000 a year. This phony bill the Congress passed to tax AIG employees 90% of there bonuses is just the beginning salvo in the Obama war against rich in America. The President said that he, was against excessive taxes on the rich but with the looming deficit the President will use this scandal to raise Americans taxes that make over $250,000 to 50% of there income. This President is talking about channeling the American anger to help solve Americans economic crisis, but the President using this crisis to pass his socialist policies that will bankrupt this country. The President has ginned up so, much hate towards AIG employees that we have Socialist Organizations going out to AIG executives homes and protesting against there bonuses. The employees of AIG are scared to go to work because they are being attacked in the parking lot by the Obama Hate Machine. The President believes in these tactics because he, was a member of one of the biggest socialist hate organizations in America ACORN. The President enjoys putting fear in the rich in America so, they will not stand up and fight against excessive tax policies that are coming down the road in the near future. The President is using the same tactics and Hugo Chavez is using in Venezuela to control the country. Hugo Chavez attacked the rich and divided the country between two classes of people rich and everybody else. The President said on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno that Secretary Timothy Geinther is doing a outstanding job. This sounds similar to President Bush saying that Secretary of FEMA Brownie was doing a excellent job while, people were dying in Hurricane Katrina. If this Clown Geinther is doing a outstanding job we are in some serious financial trouble because this clown does not have a banking plan in effect. I heard last night on Fox News that Treasury Secretary Geithner will be coming out with banking plan next week. This Treasury Secretary is so, incompetent that no one wants to work for him in the Treasury Department. There has been four Undersecretary Treasury nominees who have withdrawn there names form these top positions. The Treasury Department is in shambles because most of the important positions are not filled two months into the Obama Administration. Gus O Donnell of the Cabinet Secretary for The British Government was Quoted in this weeks British Newspapers saying that it has been unbelievably difficult to talk to people at the U.S. Treasury "There Is Nobody There." The statement that Timothy Geinther is doing a outstanding is worse than the bowling and Special Olympics joke because this clown is spending trillions our nation dollars and our nation future could be in balance. This clown finally, admitted that he asked Sen. Chris Dodd to take the provision out of the stimulus bill limiting bonuses to corporations who take government bailout money. Timothy Geinther said he found out about the bonuses on March 10 but we find a video on C-SPAN where Geinther talks about corporate bonuses on February 3 in front of a Congressional Committee. This clown Geinther is constantly in trouble because he, does not have any character. Finally, Geinther should have not been confirmed as Treasury Secretary because he did not pay his federal taxes. this should have been a sign to President Obama that Geinther was not the right man for the job. FREDDIE MAC BONUSES "NO OUTRAGE"

The President said last night on Tonight Show with Jay Leno that he was stunned by the payouts of bonuses to AIG employees. The President own Treasury department helped take out language in the Stimulus Pork Bill so, the AIG could get there bonuses. The President and Democratic Party is not running to the cameras for the bonuses that Freddie Mac Employees are getting because Barney Frank and the rest of the clowns on Capital Hill support the failed government mortgage institution. Freddie Mac was destroyed by two Democrats Franklin Raines and Jim Johnson and had to be bailed out by the federal government. These two clown took home over a 150 million dollars in bonuses and you did not hear any outrage from Barney Frank or Chris Dodd. The liberal media has not done a investigation into the collapse of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac because they would have expose the corruption of the Democratic Party. This phony outrage over AIG by the White House and Congress is because it is easy to beat up on failed corporate institutions but why is there no outrage at the way the government handles it's two mortgage institutions that are at the center of this housing crisis. I am tired of President Obama, Barney Frank and Chris Dodd using populism to try and destroy capitalism. It seems like everyone is on the populism bandwagon and no one has a plan to solve the economic crisis in America. Finally, Congress voted to pass a tax the AIG bonuses 90% and the State taxes will get the other 10%. This is Phony Bill is against the Bill Of Rights and the Constitution of the United States. This Congress is breaking the law by singling out 70 American citizens and passing new taxes law after the contracts were legally singed by the employees. There should be outrage against Congress because if they can do it to AIG employees they can do to any American in this great Country. YOU CANNOT HAVE MOB RULE IN THIS COUNTRY.

OBAMA,DODD,GEITHNER "PHONY OUTRAGE"

The White House should be ashamed of the "Phony" outrage that President Obama and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geinther is showing over the AIG bonus scandal. This Administration knew about the bonuses last week and did not tell the American people until the scandal was reported by the media. The bonus part of the scandal is that Treasury Secretary Geinther was one of the architects of the AIG bailout plan and he says that did not know anything about the bonus provisions in there contracts. President Obama said that Timothy Geinther was important selection to his Administration because he knew all the Wall Street players who started this crisis and he could help fix the problem. The President and Treasury Secretary Geinther are starting to become the economic team team that could not shoot straight. The Treasury Secertarty gave AIG a extra 30 billion dollars without any strings attached so, they could give out bonus to there failed "London Derivatives Unit" that lost 40 billions dollars and almost destroyed the company. This "Clown" Geinther is one of the most incompetent public servants I have ever seen and he has only been on the job for two months. I personally believe that Geinther should resign and President Obama should name a new Treasury Secretary but who wants to work for a incompetent President who believes in Socialism. There is a underlying story to this scandal because there was a provision that Sen. Olympia Snowe of Maine tried to put into the Dodd Amendment saying that corporations taking money from the federal government could no pay out more than $100,000 in bonuses to there company employees. This provision was stripped out of the Dodd Amendment at the last minute in the Conference Committee. The key question is who took out the provision so that AIG employees could get there bonuses. The biggest campaign recipients from AIG is Sen. Chris Dodd and President Obama and were the doing a favor for the failed company. Finally, the American people find out that Sen. Chris Dodd stripped the provision out of the stimulus bill because Treasury officials asked him to do it because, they thought the AIG contract bonuses were legal. Sen. Dodd also, said that the White Economic Adviser Larry Summers and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geinther knew about the bonuses weeks ago. The Democrats are starting to turn on each other because Sen. Wyden of Oregon is blaming Secretary Geinther for the AIG bonuses scandal. The Republicans are calling for Treasury Secretary Geinther to resign because of his incompetence in trying to handle this financial crisis. The Obama administration in the first two months has shown a level of incompetence that I have never seen in my lifetime and this is suppose to be the CHANGE WE ALL CAN BELIEVE IN.

REPUBLICANS IN DISARRAY

A New Pew Poll finds that Rank and file Republicans are not satisfied with there new leadership after losing the 2008 General Election. The new leader of the Republican Party will not come until we have a new Presidential nominee in 2012. The Republican Party membership is not satisfied with the leadership of RNC Charmian Micheal Steele because, they see the President Obama approval rating is at 65% and the Republican leadership is not making a dent into his Presidential Amour. The rank and file members will have to be patient with the party because they are going through a re-building process that may take four years. The party has to let President Obama socialist plans flow though the economy and see how his administration reacts to his policies if fail or succeed. The problem that the Republican Party is that they have no plan when it comes to fighting the Obama Machine on the battlefield ideas everyday. The Republican Party is not on point when it comes to having a leader who can tell the American people that the Obama Administration is making some serious mistakes trying to revive the economy. This is why RNC Chairman Micheal Steele is under fire because you must be on point with this well oiled Obama Machine. Therefore, when Christine Romer President Obama economic adviser said the economy was fundamentally sound why was there not a full-court press by the RNC that President Obama Administration was out of touch with reality. The RNC let the Obama Administration get away with making this outrageous statements, but if President Bush made the same statement the Democratic Party would have had a Jihad against all Republicans. The Republican Party needs to concentrate on re-building there grassroots campaign and fundraising. The Republican Party needs to get back to the Conservative values that helped them win back the House and Senate in 1994. The Republican Party needs to pick three core values jobs, taxes and defense for the next two years and talk to the American people about these issues. Finally, there is no magic bullet but, if you believe in Conservatism you will find a strategy that will defeat President Obama Socialism. Republicans have to remember socialism has always failed.

OBAMA "ECONOMY FUNDAMENTALLY SOUND"

The President has spent trillions of dollars on this financial crisis and on socialist programs that don't stimulate the economy and now he is saying that the economy is fundamentally sound. The President spent 800 Billion dollars on a Stimulus Plan and now he, has to support the dollars spent with some so-called "Good News" saying the economy is fundamentally sound. I know that the stock market has had five postive days in a row but, that does not mean that the econmy is fundmentally sound. President Obama sounds like President Bush and Sen. John McCain who said the same exact words during the Wall Street meltdown. President Bush and Sen. McCain were widely criticized by liberal mainstream media for not being in touch with the American people when they made this horrible statement. The liberal media has not went on a "Jihad" against the Obama Administration and his economic advisers for making this outrageous statement. The President economic adviser said on Meet The Press that the economy is fundamentally sound when unemployment is at 8.1% and climbing across the nation. The President is saying on his weekly radio address that the economy is fundamentally sound when we have the highest level of Food Stamp Applications in the last 30 years. President Obama has lost touch with reality or he, has been taking to many push polls from Stanley Greenberg on what to say to the American people. The banks and financial institutions are on the brink of collapse and we are still pumping billions of dollars into AIG and the economy is fundamentally sound. The President should be a cheerleader for the American economy but to tell the average America without a job the the economy is fundamentally sound is absolutely crazy. This is change in rhetoric from the President from three weeks ago when he was talking gloom and doom to get his socialist policies passed by Congress. Therefore, this weekend "A Miracle Happened" the economy became fundamentally sound because the Messiah got his marching orders from his new focus group conducted by his henchmen in the White House. I can understand the President made a mistake when he made this statement because he did not have his teleprompter to read his daily statement to the American people. The RNC and Republicans in Congress should not let President and his economic advisers get away with this "Crazy Ass" statement and they should be running commercials in key battleground states for the mid-term elections saying that the President is out of touch with reality if he, thinks that the economy is fundamentally sound. Finally, these are the type of political games we are going to get from the Obama White House what ever the polls say weekly that is what President Obama will say and do to keep his approval ratings high. NO MORE TAXES "TEA PARTY"

I am tired of paying taxes in this country for failed socialist policies. I am paying taxes for everything including my local tax for my dog license. The taxes in America is getting out control and the American people are getting extremely angry. I live in New York State and Gov. Patterson in his latest socialist budget put in over a hundred new taxes for the residents of the state. The Governor said he, had to raise these taxes because of the state deficit. The Governor should have cut government spending instead of raising taxes but he, is scared of the powerful unions that run New York State and the Democratic Party. I live in upstate New York and we have to pay for all the socialist left-wing policies that come out New York City. I am paying a 8% county sales tax that was imposed two years ago and they said the tax would be temporary but, no tax is temporary when it comes to the government. The federal government wants more money from me so, I can support the Socialist policies of President Obama. President Obama will let the Bush tax cuts expire so, all American taxes will go up in 2011 and he will impose new taxes on the so-called rich who make over $250,000 dollars a year. The President is playing a shell game with the American people because there is no way you can pay for Health Care and Global Warming programs without going to the heart of the middle class for the money needed to pay for these programs. The President will need to raise taxes on everyone making over $50,000 to pay for these programs and that might not be enough. This is why you are starting to see tea party's all across America because, the American people are tired of paying taxes for a incompetent government. The government has become so, powerful in America they believe that they don't have to answer to the American people anymore. This is why you had a beginning of a revolution on Glen Beck Show because most Americans feel that our government is out of control spending almost 12 trillion dollars in six months. President Obama is not trying to fix the problems in the economy they are spending our valuable time trying to socialize our government because of the economic crisis. NO STIMULUS MONEY FOR IllEGALS

The were 75 members of Congress asked House Leaders on Tuesday to shut down a loophole allowing billions of in economic stimulus funds to go to some 300,00 construction workers who are in the country illegally. I believe that figure may be low Rep. Cliff Stearns of Florida told Newsmax.com. Stearns added that we owe American workers and American taxpayers that there money does not employ workers in our country illegally. In the 787 billion dollar stimulus package signed by President Obama included a that legal residency requirement in the United States must be verified by employers. The 75 members sent a letter to Speaker Pelosi and Minority leader Behoner urging them to protect American taxpayers and legal workers for these critical jobs protection provision in any future economic recovery legislation. The Center For Immigration Studies believes that the actual number of illegal hired under the stimulus package might be higher than the 300,000 estimated. The 300,000 only applies to the construction jobs not the spending sector that could add a large amount of illegal alien jobs. The Center For Immigration Studies believe since, illegals represent 5% percent of the workforce that they could get a extra 50,000 jobs from American workers. Hiring illegals runs counter to the objectives what the economic stimulus package because most illegals will send millions of dollars back to Mexico. It is still unclear who wiped out the verification provision in the Stimulus bill. Republican Senator David Vitter has some Democrats angry because he is pushing a amendment to the 410 billion dollar spending bill that would repeal the current law of automatic pay raises for Congress. It does not look good so, good for lawmakers to be enjoying automatic perks while we are going through a economic downturn. Congress has been receiving pay increases under a formula set into law 20 years ago. At a time when so many Americans are losing there jobs and struggling to pay there mortgage these raises are just not right. Most Americans at there jobs don't have a formula at the job that gives them automatic pay raises and Congress should not either. The Amendment would repeal the provision of the law set in place automatic raises for members of Congress. This increase that went into affect for this year amounts to a additional $4,700 a member. Last year in Louisiana lawmakers proposed a raise for its members and the public was outraged. I have heard many constituents who have called to express there anger over automatic pay raises for Congress as well Vitter said. With our economy in such a state of distress, it is not appropriate for Congress to continue to receive these automatic pay raises. My amendment would require a vote to approve any future pay increases. Vitter's amendment is similar to a stand alone bill the he introduced at the beginning of the 111th Congress that also, seek to achieve the same goal- ending automatic pay raises. This bill put a lot of lawmakers in a difficult position because if they vote for a pay increase during this recession they could have a serious problem during re-election. This amendment could be a poison pill and help send the Pork-spending bill to House and Senate Conference Committee

President Obama wrote a letter to the FCC about taking action to increase minority ownership in broadcast media. Conservatives media believes that this is a "Backdoor Version" of the Fairness Doctrine. Both Actions were attached to a larger Bill giving Washington D.C. voting rights. It is unclear if the measure will be in the final bill. Sen. Demint sponsored a Amendment killing the Fairness Doctrine. It passed 87-11. Liberal Socialist Dick Durbin sponsored a competing Amendment for more media diversity. It passed 57-41. Therefore, today was a great day for free speech rights in America but, the fight is not over said Sen. Demint. Senator Durbin's amendment exposed intentions to impose censorship through the backdoor using vague regulations and dealing with media ownership. Sen. Durbin language was so broad that his amendment could apply to television stations, radio stations and Internet. All eyes will be on the FCC to see if they will shut down free speech. We must fight them at every roadblock.
